A Mortgage Loan that Requires No Money Down

Here’s a mortgage loan that requires no money as a down payment. This loan is called a USDA loan.  I know…you’re thinking, beef?  No, the USDA loan is related to rural areas.  Or, at least, areas the government considers rural.

I feel it’s an undervalued loan.  It doesn’t seem like potential buyers are aware of this type of loan, let alone the areas that the loan covers.

Some potential buyers may think it’s areas that are considered way out in the boonies.  But, well, I will admit…there are some areas that can be considered way, way, way out there but some areas are closer toDayton,Ohiothan you think.

I can name off a few areas around Dayton that would qualify.  AND, I think you’ll be surprised by what areas.  So, here is a small peek.

North:

Tipp City,Ohio

West Milton, Ohio

West:

New Lebanon,Ohio

Eaton, Ohio

East:

New Carlisle, Ohio

Medway, Ohio

South:

Bellbrook, Ohio

Waynesville, Ohio

There’s more but that would take up a lot of space.  Of course, if you need help figuring out which areas qualify and which don’t, call Realty Central at 937-873-9466 to talk to an agent that would love to help you find what you are looking for.
