--The transaction time might be quicker as well, due to fewer demands on the Mortgage Company.
--Plus, it makes decorating for the holidays more rewarding. It is fun to show your warm cozy home when it is decorated!
--Another reason is that it gives you a jump on the Spring Market. There are early shoppers for whatever reason, be it a transfer or something else.
--If you are wanting to sell, consider the winter months as a warm up to selling your home- no pun intended!
